New features, improvements and fixes — newest first. Most updates reach your workspace automatically; app updates arrive through the App Store and Google Play.
Never lose a follow-up again. Add tasks with a due time to any chat, get reminded when they’re due, and see your whole day in one place — on the web and in the mobile app.
Add a follow-up like “Call back about pricing” to any chat, pick when it’s due — in an hour, this evening, tomorrow or any date — and get a reminder on your phone and computer when it’s time. Mark it done, snooze it, or add a note about what happened.
The new Tasks page groups everything into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and later, and shows whether each customer’s 24-hour window is still open so you know whether to reply or send a template. Managers can see their team’s tasks, admins everyone’s.
Select several chats in the inbox and add one task to all of them — or right-click any chat to add a task without opening it.
Admins can now be assigned conversations, by hand or through AI human handover. People who aren’t on a team can be assigned directly. A new Routing setting decides whether admins also join automatic assignment.
Remove someone completely — and choose who takes over their open chats and tasks — or revoke an invite that was never accepted. Deactivate is still there if you only want to pause access.
Turn message pop-ups off, show them only for chats assigned to you, or pause all notifications for an hour or until tomorrow morning — right from the bell in the sidebar.
In Insights → Storage, every file now links to the conversation it came from.
Chats that began with your template (from a campaign, the API or Shopify) no longer show as open before the customer replies — you’ll see “Customer hasn’t messaged yet — start with a template” instead.
