Yes. The macOS build is code-signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple, so it opens normally on Gatekeeper without a security warning. The Windows Store build is signed by Microsoft during ingestion.

Yes — Sendiee Teambox is live on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. It signs in with the same Sendiee account as the desktop and web apps, and adds push notifications and a Face ID / Touch ID app lock.

Yes. The desktop app raises native notifications and shows an unread badge on the macOS dock, the Windows taskbar and the tray icon. The mobile apps use push notifications, so agents are alerted about new messages, assignments and AI-to-human handovers even when the app is closed.

The direct macOS and Windows builds update themselves in the background from the public releases repository. The Microsoft Store build updates through the Store along with the rest of Windows. You never have to reinstall manually.
