Yes. AI has scoped write access (configurable per tool). It can refund orders, create coupons, update customer fields, and create new orders. You can disable any tool from the Sendiee dashboard.

Most do. Sendiee speaks the standard WooCommerce REST API; subscription plugins and complex extensions sometimes need a small mapping in Sendiee. We help with this during onboarding.

Either works. As long as your store exposes the REST API on a public URL (HTTPS), Sendiee can connect. WooCommerce.com hosting works out of the box.
